Comfort Inn & Suites LaGuardia Airport

Have stood here for a week. Honestly, I’m impressed. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are decent and towels etc are clean. Housekeeping are great and friendly. You can hear noise in the halls or your neighbors. Only con I would say is that since you can hear noise in the hall you can hear the doors slam of people exiting and entering and it gets annoying. The lobby is clean and breakfast area are also clean. I’ve had a pleasant stay

Kimisa was great: kind, helpful, and always willing to offer help. The housekeeping supervisor was also kind, as was the woman working most of the breakfasts during my stay. The night auditor was not as kind, but sufficient. Room was clean. The issue I had daily was with those staying nearby smoking ganga in the rooms, and it permitting into the hallways, elevators, and into my room, until I stuffed a towel in the large gap of my room door. I also appreciated the view from my room, facing Manhattan and the huge Mt. Zion Cemetery. Also, loads of noise from street construction, unfortunately.

I had to cancel very late due to bereavement. It was an unexpected event for me, luckily the general manager was able to accommodate with me with my requests and I am very very satisfied! I wish to leave more of an official review for this good deed that just occurred over the phone!

Highly recommended for budget stay in queen. Parking spot, Breakfast, Room clean. This hotel will be my first on the list every time visit New York. You will not regret it.

Had the pleasure of laying over here during a winter snow storm. Ignacio Gomez and his crew were top notch. Very accommodating. More so than I could have asked for. If you're ever in the area. The location, value and hospitality is 10/10. I stay alot of places for work, all over the country, Ignacio and his crew out perform many others that I've stayed with 100% recommend.

Excellent reception. At this Comfort Inn, complimentary breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, small fitness center and the staff kept the place very clean. Representative Ignacio Gomez provided a fast check-in process and friendly.

It had more variety than I expected for a hotel of this category — hot items, fresh fruit, and good coffee — and it was a reliable way to start my day before heading out. I also noticed the dining area stayed clean and well-stocked throughout the morning, which makes a difference when you’re on a schedule. What really stood out to me was how much care the staff put into their work. Everyone I interacted with was polite, attentive, and seemed genuinely focused on making my stay comfortable. Whether it was answering a question or just greeting me with a smile in the hallway, their energy made a positive difference. If you want a comfortable stay near LaGuardia that’s convenient, clean, and staffed with folks who actually care about customer experience, this hotel is a great choice. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.
